I love cycling!! But I hate stopping. Why? Because it take sooo much energy to get going again. So there is nothing worse than going along a 16-20 mph and then getting slammed by a red light that kills all your momentum. I would rather have just hit a nice is 5-10 mph towards the light as a red and then had a little speed for when it turned green again.
So here is the question, can we build an app that will tell us how fast we should go to hit the next light on our route as a green? It would tell me if I need to book it up to 22 mph or if I should drop it down to 8 so as not to have to stop at the red!
Hopefully these guys have the data I need!
